My care was excellent ! The night sister was excellent careing and I felt very safe as an 88 yr old could possibly best Tom made sure I was getting all the possible care!and watched the results we’re going the correct way (marvellous) I the last10 yrs I have had a great experience with the DRI THANKS

A&E was absolutely packed..l arrived at 2-15 & it wasn't long before my name was called to start my Obs which was a very chilled experience..Next I was called by a Doctor who was extremely pleasant he informed me I needed an Xray. So off I went ...then came back to hear my results off the Doctor...All in all this procedure took 2-3/4hrs .....Absolutely brilliant, Well Done

Nothing everything went well ...but one suggestion in the reception /Seating area there wasn't enough seats ..the problem is....Is when a patient comes & brings along the whole Family

I was very lucky to see josh c.he explained everything as he went along.he totally put me at ease.he was very professional he answer all my questions.he gave me hope he was a very good listener .looking forward to my next appointment .

I was totally happy with the service. When asking next question about who you identify with. There should be 2 tick boxes like mine would have been male and female.

Considering how busy it was I was seen and assessed very quickly and sent to urgent treatment where once again although very busy I was seen within 2 hours and from my arrival to leaving all of the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Nothing I was dealt with in a very reasonable time and every one was very polite friendly and professional .
